Why did you decide to hire a professional pet moving service?
I needed to reunite my son (who had to return to England with very little heads up or notice) with his dog, Charlie.
How did you hear about PWP and why did you pick PWP to help with the move?
I live here in England and Sarah at Pets with Passports was highly recommended by a veterinarian here who owns a pet transport company as well. I liked that I was getting advice from both a pet shipping professional and a vet.
How would you explain our process to someone who is thinking of using our services?
Give them a challenge and they will rise to it! I gave them very little time and they were able to get Charlie's travel plans and itinerary together and arrange for all his paperwork to be perfect upon arrival.
What did you appreciate most about working with me?
The professionalism, enthusiasm, and clear love of dogs (all animals really). Sarah's great communication throughout the process and Charlie's travels really kept us all at ease. I didn't have one moment of concern.
What was the biggest surprise you encountered moving your pet(s)?
It was a good surprise - that Sarah could get this all done so fast!
How have your pets adjusted to their move? Is the country/city you moved to considered pet friendly?
Charlie was a bit overwhelmed with his new home and everything happening so fast (my son having to leave him, his boarding, and then his big trip), but he has settled into life here and seems very happy.
If someone called you and asked "Why should I hire Pets with Passports" what would you tell them?
I would say "hire them!" and then I would tell them all about Charlie's move and how wonderful they were.
